Scaling Up is a workshop that invites home
bakers to think big!
Patrick Dulaney, chief baker at the Dark Horse
Brewing Co., will help home bakers understand
what's required to increase production to a
semi-professional level. He will cover how to
adjust bread recipes and manage big batches,
with plenty of time for Q & A. He will also
demonstrate how to use the big Hobart mixer at
the Food Hub and will send participants home
with dough to finish at their leisure.
