Description:
|
Join your neighbors for a uniquely Albion and Marshall event - with local actors sharing stories of our region and those who call it home. This one-of-a-kind event will take place at the Mawby Center auditorium, which is the first building on the right when you enter Starr Commonwealth's local campus.
Earlier in the week, professional author and actor, Judy Tate, will be facilitating two interactive writing workshops to collect tales that define each participate and our greater community. As participants share their feelings and experiences through a series of fun, interactive activities, and witness first- hand other people’s experiences, our four- time Emmy Award winning guest will begin to write a script that will ultimately be rehearsed and performed by local Albion and Marshall actors at the event.
The original content that is shared straight from the heart's of friends, family members, and neighbors, and then brought to life on stage, is going to make for an incredible, one night only experience. It truly is a can't miss performance!
For more information about how to participate in the free workshops earlier in the week, please contact Linda LaNoue at linda@amrcp.org or visit amrcp.org
This event is free and open to all - please spread the word!
Until the 29th, keep searching for the Common Threads that connect you, keep saying hello to your neighbors, and keep celebrating the community you call home!
