Join us each week this
summer for the Creativity
Project and exercise your
creativity! This is all
creators ages 5 through 100
years old. Based on the
prompt given at the
beginning of the session,
each person writes a short
story, draws a comic,
creates a poem, draws or
paints a picture of their
response to the prompt.
After a time limit, the
creators who are willing
will share their response to
the prompt with the rest of
the group. This is a great
opportunity to exercise your
imagination and should be
fun to see what everyone
around you comes up with!
All those who are willing
will have their creative
response published to a
specific album on the
Stirling Books & Brew
Facebook page each week.
We will have two sessions on
the same day each week, one
in the afternoon and one in
the evening, each using the
same prompt, so that most
people will have a chance to
attend one of the sessions.
This idea is from the book
"The Creativity Project: An
Awesometastic Story
Collection" by Colby Sharp,
which was published in March
of this year. Prompts will
be pulled (at least
initially) from this source.
