Brown Bag, 8/15/18
Paul Dykema, The Visiting Arborist
12:15PM, Naomi Lane
What makes knowing the lifespan of
your tree important? Paul Dykema has
been a professional forester for over
30 years and now makes his career as
an arborist. He has his own business
in central Michigan and in this Brown
Bag shares how caring for your tree is
a money saving choice as well as an
environmental one.
In his presentation, Dykema outlines a
plan for taking care of large trees in
backyards and street sides. He
explains what trees are native to
Michigan along with what insects
challenge our forests. Don't miss this
chance to ask questions of a
professional arborist.
(Live Presentation)
Program is free. Bring your lunch; the
Library supplies the coffee and
cookies.
